LONDON, June 08, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Global Ship Lease, Inc. (:GSL) (the “Company”) today announced that the Company’s Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of 0. $546,875 per depositary share, each representing 1/100e interest in one share of its 8.75% Series B Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Shares (the “Series B Preferred Shares”) (GSLPrB). The dividend represents the payment for the period from April 1, 2022 to June 30, 2022 and will be paid on July 1, 2022 to all Series B Preferred Shareholders of record as of June 24, 2022.
